Executive Coach
Leadership comes with significant demands. You make decisions, take responsibility, navigate competing interests and are regularly confronted with challenges that have no straightforward answers. Meanwhile, the day-to-day demands of business continue unabated. These are precisely the moments when it is valuable to step back, reflect and regain clarity about what you want, where you stand and what is expected of you.
Marian helps you untangle complex issues and get to the heart of the matter. She explores both the substance of the challenges you face and your role within them. The decisions you make, the beliefs that drive you, the patterns you fall into and the space you allow yourself. She challenges assumptions, holds up a mirror and helps you distinguish between what you have to do, what you can do and what you genuinely want to do.
As an executive coach, Marian is an independent sparring partner. She combines strategic insight with a keen eye for personal and professional challenges. Curious, critical and direct, she never loses sight of the human side of leadership. She thinks alongside you, challenges you and is not afraid to ask uncomfortable questions. There is also room for perspective and humour, because leadership does not always have to be dead serious.
Marian works with board members, senior executives and managers on leadership, positioning, personal effectiveness, professional development and major organisational changes. Whether you are considering your next career move, facing a difficult decision, stepping into a new role or exploring how to make a greater impact as a leader, your individual challenges are always at the centre of the process.
This creates space for new perspectives, clearer decisions and concrete action. You gain greater clarity and control over your role, become more confident in your leadership and are better equipped to provide direction on what matters to you and your organisation.
TMA Team Coach
As a team coach, I combine analytical thinking with an open, curious and people-oriented approach. Drawing on my expertise in the Talent Motivation Analysis (TMA), I am particularly skilled at translating individual TMA profiles and team reports into practical insights, shared understanding and positive movement within teams.
I look beyond individual talents and motivators. What makes a team truly interesting is the interplay between its members: their similarities, differences and potential areas of tension. What happens when different talents complement and strengthen one another? Where do misunderstandings or friction arise? Which qualities are clearly present, and which may remain untapped? And how can a team use its differences to become more effective together?
With a keen eye, I identify connections, ask the questions that really matter and make underlying patterns open for discussion. I am not afraid to challenge people, but always with respect and an appreciation of the individual behind the profile. I create an open and safe environment where there is room for reflection, honest conversations and fresh perspectives. And fortunately, there is room for laughter too: sometimes humour helps bring to the surface exactly what everyone has been avoiding for some time.
My strength lies in making TMA insights accessible, relevant and meaningful. Rather than simply discussing reports in theoretical terms, I bring the insights to life in the context of everyday practice: How do we work together? How do we communicate? Where do our strengths complement one another, and how do we deal with our differences? This creates not only a deeper understanding of ourselves and others, but above all a clearer picture of what we can achieve together as a team.
My goal is to help teams realise their full collective potential. By making individual talents visible, valuing differences and strengthening group dynamics, teams develop greater understanding, stronger connections and improved effectiveness. Because a strong team is not made up of people who are all alike, but of people who understand what they have to offer one another.
