Advice
Most entrepreneurs are hardworking, pragmatic thinkers and doers with extensive product and/or market knowledge, a down-to-earth perspective on their business, and accustomed to solving challenges independently and autonomously. Significant financial stakes are often at stake, and the expectations are high. Decisions are constantly being made, often under pressure and sometimes based on insufficient information. The business may still be in its early stages, growing rapidly, or could/should grow, or facing challenging economic times. They may also be considering growth through an acquisition or even selling their own business. Amidst all the complexity, doubt and uncertainty sometimes arise, and entrepreneurs sometimes need to be firm and make difficult decisions. It can be especially helpful to spar in a confidential setting with an outsider who can offer objective input, advice, or support.
In consultations, we provide honest, objective, and to-the-point advice. We don't beat around the bush and take a direct approach. Constructive, with respect for what has been achieved, sometimes confrontational, always constructive. This allows people to (re)gain direction and move forward optimally. Independently.
Topics on which we can advise:
- Strategy, vision and mission development and translation into execution
- Improvement and change (culture)
- Risk and crisis management
- Growth (also internationally)
- Family dynamics and family businesses
- Sparring partner to director
